Compromised Handgun – Mesa, AZ – Dec. 13th, 2025

This COMPROMISED HANDGUN training event will be held at the Rio Salado Sportsman’s Club in Mesa, AZ. in Commercial Training Bay #1, and lead by Adam Winch (Range map below).

We will start at 8:30 am and end around 5 pm, to include the time needed to clean up the range and pick up all the brass. Please be there and ready on time or earlier.

We will be working on refining both speed and accuracy, barrier use and use of cover considerations, shooting while wounded or injured, fighting and shooting from less than optimal positions, dealing with weapons malfunctions, one-handed manipulations and shooting, etc.

There is a $25 Range Fee that needs to be paid in cash at the beginning of the training day.

Items needed:
Quality handgun and holster (We’re big fans of Haven Defense Co holsters)
350 or more rounds of ammo (more is always better)
Eye and ear protection
Anything wanted to eat or drink throughout the day. We will take a lunch break but we do not have time to leave the range for lunch so bring a lunch with you.
A pen and permanent marker for marking your own targets
Any note taking material wanted
