Rocky Mountain Gun Club
Concealed Handgun 1 is an excellent for the millions of new handgun owners who are looking to learn the essential skills needed for carrying a concealed handgun on a daily basis. It is also perfect for those who already EDC and want to refresh and grow their concealed carry handling and shooting skills.|
This training will be full of information and skill building that will stick with your for years to come.
We’ll start at 8:30 am in the Tactical Bay at the Rocky Mountain Gun Club, ending around 5 pm.
We will focus on safe handling, establishing a proper grip, speed from a concealed holster, and both precision shooting and combat accuracy with a handgun.
You will need a safe, quality holster for your handgun, as you will also be learning how to draw and re-holster correctly and safely. If you do not have holster for your handgun, let us know and we’ll either help you find a great holster or we might have one you can use.
If you want to find a good holster for before this class, feel free to contact us (Adam @ 970-986-0774) and we’ll help you select a proper, safe and quality holster versus the many less-than-good holsters in the local gun stores.
This will not start out as a fast paced-class; it will be a thoughtful, careful training session in order to build skill and confidence. We will be focused completely on getting the basic fundamentals exactly correct and repeatable for each shooter, with safe, correct handling and accuracy from concealment as a result of good fundamentals.
Once those are established, we will move to gaining speed, moving into fighting with a gun from concealment.
